Marges 2018 (Blanc de negres)
Manto Negro and Tempranillo strains grown in the coldest zones over the dry stone walls of the Superna Valley. They are picked with great care to prevent the skins breaking and transferring colour to the wine. It is a blanc de negres in its strictest version. The grape is cold pressed very quickly, meaning that yield is low. Native yeasts selected through a fermentation starter are incorporated into the must, which ferments for 25 days at a very low temperature. To maintain its freshness and peculiar characteristics, no malolactic fermentation is carried out.
Very pale colour with yellow rims. Its aroma is fruity, with pineapple, pear and banana blending with the spiced notes of the Manto Negro. Very voluminous, a certain saline character, forceful, long and deep, refreshing.
Starters, nuts, light dishes and cutting-edge gastronomy.
Optimal drinking temperature 10 - 12ºC
