Last Wednesday, April 19, the tasting of the wines of Son Vich de Superna took place in the district of Santa Catalina in the restaurant 17 degrees of Palma. The call was a success and our winemaker, Diego Rodriguez, explained in detail to the assistants the processes of elaboration and the result of the 3 wines that were tasted. This time the chosen red was the Expression, and our new ones, the Viognier, white with its already famous blue bottle, and the Pink Tramuntana Tear whose aroma and color blossomed. All of them had an excellent reception and were pleasantly surprised by the attendees.
