Manager

Fernando Sampol Massanet graduated in Law and obtained an MBA from ICADE, the Catholic Institute of Business Administration. His father, Gabriel Sampol, passed on his passion for all things wine-related. He came on board in 2017 to manage the family winery and to reconvert it, professionalising and transforming it into a company.

He managed this reconversion process, which lasted approximately one year, and put together a solid, highly professional team to occupy the main positions at the winery (oenologist, field team and commercial manager) by continuing the spirit and philosophy established by the entrepreneurial Sampol family’s values.

During this process, he also took viticulture courses at UIB, the University of the Balearic Islands, and together with the oenologist and with the help of some specialists in the sector, embarked upon constant and continuous learning, in particular regarding wine production, the field and wine marketing.

Dirección Técnica

Sara Martínez Beltrán, Technical Agricultural Engineer and Bachelor of Enology, is the oenologist in charge of the technical area and a key member of the winery’s team. She manages all the necessary field work before and after the peak time, in other words the harvest. She also manages all the production processes.

Valencian by birth, she has extensive experience in the world of wine. France, Italy, Chile, New Zealand and Spain are the countries where she has worked and enriched her knowledge.

Her experience in different climates, “terroirs,” varieties, cultivation forms and production methods makes her an ideal professional who manages to get the best out of the human team around her and out of her entire surroundings, producing wines which in essence reflect the Serra de Tramuntana.

Responsable Comercial

Paul Faurie, who studied international trade and who has experience at wineries in France and Majorca, is a native of the Bordeaux region. He is passionate about wine and the island of Majorca, and has been living in Palma for over 10 years. He always tries to give our customers the best technical and commercial advice.

Production Team

Patrizio Mullano is the field and cellar manager, tractor driver and mechanic, and is passionate about everything to do with viticulture and the world of wine.

Riccardo Fabbri is Patrizio’s right hand man in all field and cellar tasks, part of the backbone of the company who perfectly complements the team.
