Fernando Sampol Massanet graduated in Law and obtained an MBA from ICADE, the Catholic Institute of Business Administration. His father, Gabriel Sampol, passed on his passion for all things wine-related. He came on board in 2017 to manage the family winery and to reconvert it, professionalising and transforming it into a company.
He managed this reconversion process, which lasted approximately one year, and put together a solid, highly professional team to occupy the main positions at the winery (oenologist, field team and commercial manager) by continuing the spirit and philosophy established by the entrepreneurial Sampol family’s values.
During this process, he also took viticulture courses at UIB, the University of the Balearic Islands, and together with the oenologist and with the help of some specialists in the sector, embarked upon constant and continuous learning, in particular regarding wine production, the field and wine marketing.
