Currently, we have two alternatives in our winery in Mallorca for a white wine tasting. On the one hand, the Viognier. On the other, the Marges. The first one is elaborated with great care thanks to a variety that is called “the grapes from hell”, since there are many difficulties in its cultivation on a hillside of the Serra de Tramuntana. The result is a balanced and exotic wine. Voluminous and with a long freshness.
The Marges, on the other hand, is made from Mantonegro vines with fresh grapes and unique particularities. The result is a pale wine with yellow trimmings, fruity aroma and character and forceful, yet refreshing. Two alternatives that will convince even the most demanding palates.
Of all the wineries in Mallorca, in Son Vich de Superna you will find a traditional and artisanal elaboration. Our mountainous location, in an area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, allows us to obtain structured, fresh wines with personality and unique nuances.
