The production company Singular Audiovisual went this June to the Son Vich de Superna Estate to record a recipe that contains as an essential element the Viognier of Bodega Son Vich de Superna. This recording has been broadcasted in the famous IB3 program “Fred i Calent”.
The cook who cooked for IB3 was Maria Eulogia, a regular collaborator in the kitchen of Son Vich. She gladly shared with the Balearic audience her secret recipe of artichokes with clams.
Maria Eulogia says that the key to success with this recipe is our Viognier, this is because this white wine brings a unique touch to the flavor of the sauce, thus discovering a new use for our white wine, which, in turn, serves perfectly to accompany the dish once served.
It is an explosion of marine and terrestrial flavors provided by the best quality Balearic products contrasted with a high-quality wine from the Serra de Tramuntana.
