It is during this month of February that we start bottling the first wines, the youngest, from the 2021 vintage.
This year we have started with our pale pink, Llàgrima de Superna. In addition to the usual 750 mL bottles, as a novelty, we also have 1500 mL magnum bottles.
The good reception in the market has meant that we have had to double the amounts bottled this year. And we are not surprised, since it is a young and fresh wine that is easy on the palate, fruity, balanced and very pleasant to accompany moments of relaxation in these spring and summer days that will not be long in coming.
It will keep a little rest in the bottle and will go on sale from next month.
