The wine from Son Vich de Superna was tasted during the meeting celebrated by ABEF at the Mhares Sea Club
The Balearic Association of the Family Business (ABEF) organized last week its General Assembly of partners, during which Son Vich wine from Superna was uncorked. Both the red, Expression, and the white, Viognier, and the pink, Lágrimas de Tramuntana, were tasted by the attendants. The event was attended by Chef Pepe Rodríguez, owner of El Bohío Restaurant, in Illesas (Toledo) and Masterchef’s jury, who gave a lecture titled “Cocina y familia, a company with roots”.
Famous local chefs such as Maria Moreno del Gaudeix and Victor García de Cap Rocat joined the first at a subsequent table. All of them coincided by the high quality of the wines.
The act was closed by the Minister of Labor, Commerce and Industry, Iago Negueruela.
