Last October 1st we participated in the first edition of the Raïm Wine Fest. This event, organized by Vi de la Terra de Mallorca, was filled with music, gastronomy and above all wine. This itinerant festival will take place during the coming autumn and winter months on a route through the municipalities of Mallorca. Thus, the work of the island’s wineries will be highlighted and the wines they produce will be promoted. In this first edition, held in the square of Costitx, Son Vich participated along with 7 other Mallorcan wineries: Son Prim, 7103 Petit Celler, Son Alegre, Vins Ripoll, Tianna Negre, Blanca Terra and Dalt Turó.
In addition, visitors could taste the gastronomic proposals of the different food trucks prepared for the occasion, and enjoyed the musical performance of various groups and DJs.
Raim Wine Fest: a successful first edition
According to the organizers, the aim of this festival was to bring wine culture closer to the young public, and the number of participants far exceeded the expectations of the festival: more than 2,000 attendees and about 1,200 bottles of wine served.
