Rosé tear wine from the coldest vineyards of the Tramuntana, which provide fresh aromas and balanced acidity. The destemmed and crushed grapes are directly pressed at low pressure, obtaining the tear must. The clarified must is cold static for 72 hours. The fermentation is the result of a meticulous study of seven vintages, in which it was decided to select yeasts from Provenza. It ferments at 16ºC and no malolactic fermentation is carried out.

​Tasting notes

Very pale pink colour, with orange reflection inherent to the Manto Negro grape. On the nose we find red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, citrus notes of grapefruit, white flower and delicate balsamic undertones with a sweet finish. Satiny and unctuous attack, with elegant texture and persistent, harmonious, balanced and inviting finish.

Accompanies grilled vegetables, fish cooked in sauce, rice dishes, omelettes, moussaka and Italian gastronomy.
