From the best vineyards of the Serra de Tramuntana, it is a true reflection of its vintage. Organic strains selected one by one to ensure it expresses its varietal balance and the native soil of an area covering two hectares. Patiently made; the grapes are destemmed and barely crushed, fermented at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel vats and kept in their lees without additives for five months, and then gently filtered and bottled.
Deep cherry coloured. On the nose it is a balance of fruits and minerals, exploding all its youth and complexity explodes. Pleasing, voluminous and elegant on the attack, with texture denoting its variety and longevity. Long finish with balanced acidity.
Ideal for white and red meats, foie gras, cheeses, pastas and dark chocolate.
